CodexQuill is a dynamic design agency delivering impactful visuals in graphic design, branding, packaging, and UI/UX. We serve international clients and take pride in streamlining creativity with efficiency. We're now hiring an Assistant & Team Manager to oversee the design team, streamline daily operations, and support our CEO, Miss Gul e Lala.

As the Assistant & Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the team using task management tools like Trello or ClickUp
  • Ensure smooth workflows, daily updates, and deadline tracking
  • Assist the CEO in scheduling, follow-ups, and project planning
  • Maintain progress reports via Google Sheets or Excel
  • Handle task delegation, client updates, and internal communications
  • Manage portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble, LinkedIn) and schedule content
  • Join a daily review meeting at 10 PM with Miss Gul e Lala to prepare for the next day

Team & Task Management

  • Use Trello/ClickUp to assign, update, and monitor tasks
  • Get daily updates from the design team and maintain consistent progress
  • Communicate client updates to the team
  • Create weekly Google Sheets to track task completion and team performance
  • Prepare daily status briefs for CEO

Administrative Assistance

  • Remind and assist CEO with scheduling and priorities
  • Handle email correspondence and meeting setups
  • Note key action points from meetings and ensure follow-through
  • Help with onboarding and hiring tasks
  • Upload work updates to Trello/ClickUp for clients
  • Manage and update Behance, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Collaborate with team to ensure social media posts go live as scheduled
  • Prior experience in team management, coordination, or executive assistance
  • Strong grip on Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Comfortable creating weekly team reports on Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with Behance, Dribbble, LinkedIn is a plus
  • Energetic, proactive, and smart problem-solver
