Job Description

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  1. Ensure procurement processes are effectively implemented in line with organizational policies & procedures.
  2. Assess products, services, and vendors before finalization.
  3. Review and compare received quotations and prepare comparisons.
  4. Review and crosscheck purchase orders with vendor prices of all general items.
  5. Maintain record/database of work orders, purchase orders, contracts, and all relevant documentation.
  6. Perform fieldwork and market visits when required.
  7. Ensure a consistent and compliant order filing system is in place in every office to track, report, and record all procurement, stocks, assets, and fleet activities.
  8. Ensure that the database for potential suppliers is maintained and documentary records are kept securely.
  9. Maintain and ensure an efficient contract management strategy to mitigate procurement risks.

10. Carry out any other program-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
