The Creative Video Specialist will play a critical role in producing compelling video content that communicates our brand's narrative, resonates with our audience, and showcases the vibrant culture at Prime System Solutions. This role will also be instrumental in establishing our brand as a desirable and innovative place to work, helping to attract top talent and engage customers.
What You'll Do:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Create a database of trending video formats across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube shorts.
- Work closely with the HR and product teams to produce video content that aligns with our brand vision and company goals.
- Develop creative video concepts that support branding efforts, recruitment, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos, adding graphics, motion elements, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
- Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while meeting specific project goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current video production trends, software, and technologies to ensure fresh and relevant video content.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for video campaigns.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, with hands-on experience using CapCut for quick, high-quality editing.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), including the ability to adapt to various editing styles and formats that engage modern audiences.
- Ability to shoot high-quality video using a smartphone, with an excellent understanding of lighting, framing, and composition for mobile devices.
- Knowledge & experience of using the latest AI tools will be a plus.
- Strong storytelling abilities with an eye for detail, composition, and pacing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and optimizing video content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple video projects at once.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with different teams.
