Job Responsibilities
  1. Development and execution of successful SEO strategies
  2. Guide content teams through keyword research
  3. Optimize paid search copy, website content, guest blog posts, and landing pages.
  4. Oversee off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
  5. Report on aspects of SEO such as traffic and rankings, and collect data.
  6. Optimize campaigns through collaboration with social media and digital marketing teams.
  7. Remain current on SEO trends as well as integrated marketing trends.
  8. Monitor technical search engine optimization issues and assist in fixing them.
  9. Direct and coordinate content teams in off-page search engine optimization tasks.
  10. Analyze insights and create reports on all aspects of SEO including audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, etc.
  11. Collaborate with Social Media and digital marketing teams during the SEO of marketing campaigns.
  12. Stay updated regarding search engine optimization and marketing standards.
  13. Keep abreast of industry trends and inform the development team of risks and opportunities impacting the SEO program.
  14. Ensure that the company focuses on SEO activities with the biggest impact on Natural Search revenue growth targets.
  15. Ability to track and report on overall SEO performance and the success of specific initiatives.
Job Specification
  1. BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
  2. Proficiency in HTML/CSS
  3. Experience with SEO reporting
  4. Professional SEO and SEM Certification is a plus.
  5. Exceptional knowledge of the latest trends in SEM, SEO strategies, and SEO best practices.
  6. Proficient in Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Search Marketing techniques.
  7. Knowledge and complete command of web analytics tools including SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  8. Familiarity with best project management techniques and practices.
  9. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
