Job Title:Bilingual Quality Assurance Executive (French & English)

Location:Galaxy Business Center, Plot No. 266-B, Street No. 9, Industrial Area, I-9/3, Islamabad

Work Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site role)

Note:Availability on weekends may occasionally be required. While some flexibility is offered, consistent on-site presence during core working hours is essential.

Salary Range:PKR 100,000–130,000 (based on experience and language proficiency)

Position Summary:

We are hiring aBilingual Quality Assurance Executivefluent inFrench and Englishto join our Islamabad team. This is anon-siterole where you will evaluate customer service interactions, provide coaching, and contribute to performance excellence across multilingual teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement internal support and call center quality standards
  • Evaluate calls and support interactions in both French and English within defined timelines
  • Provide meaningful, actionable feedback to agents during regular reviews
  • Conduct coaching sessions to support agent development and performance improvement
  • Identify service gaps and collaborate on strategies to enhance KPIs
  • Track and monitor performance at the agent and team levels
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency
  • Contribute positively to the team culture and service environment

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency inFrench and English(both written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Attention to detail with solid analytical and documentation abilities
  • Comfortable using QA tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance or a customer service rolewill be a plus
