We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Playwright and Selenium to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the performance, functionality, and reliability of web applications. This role demands strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, reusable, and scalable automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for regression, integration, and functional testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes.
  • Ensure high test coverage and maintain traceability between test cases and requirements.
  • Stay current with new testing tools, trends, and best practices and introduce them as needed.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA automation, specifically with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
  • Experience working with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, or Jest.
  • Knowledge of modern development workflows and tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
