Kreatorz.co is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX (Graphic) Designer with 6 Month to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in designing intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences. This role requires hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, and expertise in animation techniques

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate designs.
  • Implement animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and usability.
  • Ensure consistency in design language, typography, and visual elements across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Experience in creating animations and interactive prototypes.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing design principles.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to have:

  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Proficiency in creating graphics and social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and tools like After Effects.
  • Experience in content creation for digital platforms, including videos and infographics.
  • Familiarity with social media platform trends and best practices for engagement.
  • Professional development opportunities working closely with our international team.
  • Exposure to real-world projects and mentorship from experienced US, Canada & UAE based team.
