PurposeThe Project Governance plays a pivotal role in supporting the governance framework within the organization's project execution function. This position involves a blend of technical expertise and administrative acumen to ensure that projects are executed in compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Education & Relevant Experience4 years of bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 2 to 3 years of experience in project governance.
Knowledge- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
- Understanding of governance framework

- Proficient in stakeholder management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Result-oriented, persistent/confident, decisive, flexible and adaptable, logical, coaching and mentoring
Project Execution
- Execute and monitor project activities, ensuring alignment with governance standards
- Manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule of project work
- Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and sessions to effectively resolve issues
- Prepare and update project plans and status reports
- Report on project status and develop project-related documentation
- Ensure that project activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Conduct project audits and evaluate project documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints
- Utilize corporate processes to track project schedule and cost
- Update and maintain production and quality metrics for projects
- Implement lessons learned and best practices to improve project outcomes
- Participate in corporate business development activities
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure optimum utilization of teams, considering their strengths and project types
- Plan rotation of team members across projects to broaden expertise and knowledge sharing
- Lead and direct both technical and administrative project teams
- Provide support and guidance to project managers and team leaders
- Conduct regular MSAs to ensure safety SOPs and standards are followed
- Ensure site supervisors have necessary safety training and knowledge
- Maintain safety formats on sites and submit regularly to the safety department
