Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented professional to fill a critical role in ensuring robust legal and regulatory compliance across all corporate governance matters.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance & Advisory: Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws and regulations, providing expert guidance on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory matters.
    • Governance Support: Assist in organizing Board meetings, AGMs, and EOGMs, preparing resolutions and corporate decisions.
      • Filings & Liaison: Facilitate the submission of returns and reports with regulatory bodies.
        • Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Represent the organization in legal proceedings, arbitration, and dispute resolution, managing corporate litigation effectively.
          • Risk Management: Identify and propose strategies to mitigate potential legal risks.
            • Regulatory Update: Ensure timely implementation of changes to legal frameworks and their impact on the organization.
              • Expertise & Communication: Offer expert interpretation of corporate governance frameworks, board structures, and related party transactions, disseminating information to relevant stakeholders.
