Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build insights and analysis to support decision-making across teams.
  • Create and manage pricing models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and other BI tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations) to align pricing strategies with business goals.
  • Provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative insights to improve pricing efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor pricing performance and iterate strategies based on data insights.
  • Work in a fast-moving startup environment, adapting to new challenges with a proactive approach.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, data analytics, or a similar role in the automotive, tech, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and other BI/data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
