Educational Background:

  • BBA (4 years) / MBA (2 years) from HEC Recognized University
  • (Master's degree in a related field will be preferred)

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field

Skills and Competencies:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchisees within the region to ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring effective communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional footprint, including onboarding new franchisees and corporate clients.
  • Monitor franchisee performance against key operational and financial metrics.
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed.
  • Address operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with field teams and internal departments to align with business goals.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Initial contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
  2. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without reasons.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
  4. False information will lead to disqualification.
  5. Applicants from Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  6. Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the age limit.
  7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  8. No TA/DA will be provided.
  9. Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies are required at interview.

  11. Electronic devices such as mobiles, smartwatches, etc., are not allowed during tests and interviews.
