IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The primary objective of a Executive Carrier Support Desk is to provide high-quality service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering coordination services in a timely and effective manner. Regular feedback and monitoring of performance are crucial to correct any mistakes and improve response techniques. Continuous feedback and occasional one-on-one reviews to address areas of improvement can help in achieving the objective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complaint handling and customer management. Network monitoring based on available tools.
  • Alignment of Carrier Support Desk process with different stakeholders moving towards automation.
  • Onboarding of new customers and services for enhancing the domain scope.
  • Network events logging and escalation to the concerned teams according to the defined SOPs.
  • Creating monthly performance reports and dashboards using various tools
  • Coordinating with stakeholders for maintaining a proper database.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor`s in ICT related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
