You will manage our social media channels, create engaging and visually appealing content, run paid campaigns, and apply basic SEO practices to improve our online visibility. Your work will directly support lead generation and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and videos using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Perform basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, meta tag optimization, and on-page content improvements.
  • Collaborate with the website team to ensure SEO-friendly content and landing pages.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, SEO best practices, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Search Console/Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns, targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
