Pak Mac is looking for a dynamic, punctual, and well-organized candidate to fill our Assistant General Manager position that will be reporting to the manager and owners of the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Generating and approving quotations
  2. Obtain/calculate accurate costing for products
  3. Ensure quotations are not over/under quoted
  4. Maintain communication with vendors
  5. Maintain relations with clients
  6. Discuss a variety of issues that arise during projects
  7. Participate in bidding
  8. Ensure order processing (procuring, invoicing, delivery, reminding for payments)
  9. Ensure stock
  10. Communicate with service staff
  11. Timely execution of orders
Requirements
  1. Masters in relevant fields (Finance, Business)
  2. 4-5 years experience required inclusive of:
    1. 4+ years managerial experience
    2. 2+ years sales experience
  3. Punctual
  4. Understanding of IT hardware
  5. Excellent communication skills (fluent in English and Urdu)
  6. Strong sense of responsibility
  7. Focus on customer service
  8. Can manage heavy load of work on busier days
