Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Studies, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences, providing a comprehensive understanding of organizational management and development contexts.## ExperienceA minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience is required in managing operations, project implementation, or administrative functions. Experience within the public sector, development projects, or enterprise support institutions will be particularly valued, demonstrating familiarity with relevant operational environments.## Required SkillsThe successful candidate must have a proven ability to lead day-to-day operations of an incubation center, ensuring seamless coordination across facility, staff, and service delivery functions.
