Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of business processes.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Sales, IT, etc.) to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar leadership role.
