Our industrial facility specializes in the production of baby diapers, sanitary pads, toilet paper, and tissue products. As part of our growth and performance-driven strategy, we are looking to recruit a Cost, Profitability & Treasury Planning Analyst to strengthen our finance team.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and monitor the weekly and monthly cash flow plan in coordination with operational and financial needs;
2. Perform weekly treasury need analysis, anticipate cash tensions, and propose corrective actions;
3. Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure alignment with budget forecasts;
4. Conduct cost analysis per product line (diapers, sanitary pads, paper goods, etc.) and identify cost optimization levers;
5. Perform profitability analysis by product, market segment, or client to guide strategic decisions;
6. Define and monitor key financial KPIs: gross margin, profitability ratios, inventory turnover, payment terms, etc.;
7. Contribute to budget planning and monthly closings in collaboration with the finance department;
8. Support the continuous improvement of financial reporting tools and internal control processes.

Profile Required:

1. Degree in Finance, Audit, Management Control or Financial Engineering;
2. Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG or hygiene products;
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools;
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a performance-oriented mindset;
5. Solid understanding of industrial and cost accounting principles;
6. High level of autonomy, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration.
