The candidate is responsible to provide administrative support and coordination services to senior personnel.

Support in day-to-day tasks, and operation matters related to the secretariat office.

Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, gathering information, and compiling data.

Manage incoming and outgoing communications via emails/phone calls, which can involve screening messages, prioritizing requests, and drafting responses, as and when required.

Maintain accurate records and documentation through filing important documents, organizing files, and ensuring that records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Job Specifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration / Public Administration.

Have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.

Skills Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to multitask are also important.

The candidate must possess good communication, interpersonal, and management skills to accomplish the responsibilities of this role.
