1. Work for the betterment and development of the Academics department.
2. Monitor the progress of students; keep following up regarding the progress of weak students.
3. Check and monitor the performance of all departments of the institution, i.e., Administration, Academics, HR, etc.
4. Serve as a liaison to all functional heads (HODs of all campuses and departments); organize and coordinate all operational and administrative matters associated with the CEO secretariat/office.
5. Discuss with operational heads regarding operational or administrative matters requiring the CEO's attention, summarizing these for decision-making.
6. Provide professional secretarial services to the CEO, including making short and long reports, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, corresponding with internal and external entities, and ensuring the highest level of service.
7. Maintain professional integrity, confidentiality, respect, and sensitivity in advising.
8. Provide operational and administrative guidance to reporting functionaries.
