
Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team for a U.S.-based campaign. This role involves selling products or services to business clients, generating leads, managing relationships, and closing deals in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process in the U.S. business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Present and pitch company products/services to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to ensure client satisfaction and feedback integration.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and U.S. market demands.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting U.S.-based clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and decision-making processes.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and incentives.
- Public/National Holidays (as per location)

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1
Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
