Operations Manager

Aegasis Labs, a fast-growing software and AI development company, is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to lead daily business operations and drive efficiency across the organization. This role is essential for ensuring seamless coordination among departments, managing team performance, and supporting project delivery to uphold high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining workflows, improving operational processes, and contributing to the company's ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to maintain efficient workflows and processes across the company. Coordinate activities between departments such as Software Development, HR, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor and enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to optimize overall performance. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for teams and individuals to evaluate productivity and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement solutions to address operational inefficiencies in project management and team workflows. Support project managers in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client projects. Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and compliance documentation to maintain smooth external partnerships. Collaborate closely with the Finance team on budgeting, invoicing, and resource planning. Foster a positive, performance-driven work environment and oversee employee onboarding processes. Assist company leadership with strategic planning and execution to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; an MBA is considered a plus. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in operations management, preferably within a technology or software company. A strong understanding of software team operations, including Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle methodologies, is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are necessary to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Demonstrated success in process improvement and workflow optimization is required. Proficiency with tools such as Trello, Notion, Hubstaff, Jira, Slack, Office365, and Google Workspace is expected. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are critical. Knowledge of software development and finance operations will be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs110,000, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lahore. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate to Lahore before starting. A minimum of four years' experience in operations management within an IT firm is required.
