MAP Supply Chain Solutions (Pvt) Ltd specializes in providing customized services in Supply Chain and Logistics, both AIR & SEA. Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Lahore for an Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the supply chain and logistics. Key responsibilities include managing logistics operations, coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to support and enhance team performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Negotiation skills with customers, shipping/airlines, and agents.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
