We are seeking a talented and experienced Thermal Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design liquid cooling systems and conduct simulations using ANSYS, SolidWorks, and MATLAB. Your primary focus will be on optimizing cooling solutions through fluid flow and thermal performance analysis. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of thermal engineering solutions into the overall product design process.

Responsibilities:

· Design and simulate liquid-cooling system components using SolidWorks and ANSYS (CFD, Structural, and Thermal) to ensure optimal thermal performance.
· Possess in-depth knowledge of liquid cooling systems for high-power electronics and optimize solutions for performance and reliability.
· Drive the selection of critical components, including fans, pumps, radiators, TIMs, and heaters, based on project requirements.
· Develop and execute test procedures for evaluating thermal system components and validate designs through prototype testing.
· Analyze and optimize thermal management systems for electronic devices to ensure operational reliability.
· Use tools like Power Query and Power BI to analyze data and present insights for performance improvement.
· Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot thermal issues in existing systems, recommending effective design or process improvements.

Qualifications:
· MS/BS in Mechanical Engineering
· Strong knowledge of Heat and Mass Transfer
· Possess in-depth knowledge of liquid cooling systems for high-power electronics
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in thermal engineering
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
