Key Responsibilities- Manage and implement Google Ads campaigns from inception to completion.
- Continuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments as necessary.
- Analyze data and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising strategies.
- Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, and audience targeting plans.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Maintain an accurate record of campaign budgets and expenditures.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review campaign performance and discuss enhancements.
- Identify trends and insights to improve ad effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide support and training to team members on Google Ads best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and tools.
- Experience with ad serving technology and tracking methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
