Facon is looking for a Google Ads & PPC Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads. The ideal candidate must have expertise over different types of campaigns, with a track record of making online campaigns profitable, should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in leveraging Google Ads to achieve business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Develop search engine marketing (SEM) and tactical plans on an ongoing/as needed basis
  • Manage overall search engine marketing and optimization campaigns to achieve profitability goals
  • Perform keyword, market, and competitive research analysis
  • Continuously analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments
  • Create compelling and engaging ad copies that align with campaign goals and target audience
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily spending to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency
  • Provide detailed analytical reports on a monthly or quarterly basis highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and updates to ensure campaign compliance and competitiveness

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and implementing successful PPC strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including proficiency in campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
