ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage and Organize the Front Desk.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate office maintenance, including ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of office equipment and spaces.
Scheduling and Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update office schedules.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready for use, including equipment.
Communication and Correspondence
  • Handle correspondence and ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and employees.
  • Assist with drafting and formatting internal and external communication, including emails and reports.
Human Resources and Employee Support
  • Support HR tasks, such as managing employee leave schedules and maintaining records.
  • Help with employee engagement activities, including events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of expense reports and invoices.
Other Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, data entry, or research tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's/ BSCS degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in office administration or similar administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
