We are seeking a Front Desk Officer (Female) to serve as the primary point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, professional, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence effectively
  • Handle front desk operations, scheduling, and office coordination
  • Provide administrative support to different departments
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (in any discipline)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk/receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong ability to multitask and stay organized
  • A creative and positive mindset to bring fresh ideas to the workplace
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management tools
