This is a structured opportunity to grow into a full-service financial advisor, starting with life insurance and expanding into financial planning and investment solutions.

This position requires occasional in-office presence. Candidates must be local to Houston, TX.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Learn how to identify and connect with individuals and families in your network
- Have goal-based conversations to understand client needs
- Help clients apply for customized life insurance coverage
- Receive step-by-step training in prospecting, client engagement, and closing
- Begin your journey toward becoming a registered advisor with our sponsorship
- Build long-term client relationships with our team's guidance and mentorship
