BAT GLOBAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PAKISTAN IS LOOKING FOR A CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

JOB TITLE: Capability Development Associate (6 months contract)

FUNCTION: Marketing – Customer

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You will support the Trade Capabilities team by assisting in operations and ensuring solid project and stakeholder management. This includes a good understanding of Trade Capabilities and End-to-End Project Management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe or Canva and video editing tools for module development.
  • Strong content creation and development abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • People-oriented with the ability to effectively influence others.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise.
  • Experience in creating dashboards, generating reports, and leveraging data insights.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Proficiency in design and video editing for module development.
  • Strong content development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in creating dashboards, generating reports, and utilizing data insights.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI.
