We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Educational Counselor to guide students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths, especially for study abroad opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of international education systems, and the ability to counsel students professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students regarding academic goals, career options, and overseas study programs
  • Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and destinations
  • Assist students in the application process, including documentation, SOPs, and visa guidance
  • Follow up with students and parents to ensure a smooth admission process
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
  • Represent the organization at education expos, school visits, and seminars
  • Stay updated with university policies, application deadlines, and visa rules
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term trust with students

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or Business)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in academic or career counseling
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of international education systems (Australia, UK, Canada, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
