Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students and their parents/guardians
  • Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities
  • Provide detailed information about universities, courses, and study destinations
  • Guide students through application processes, documentation, and deadlines
  • Assist with course selection based on career objectives and market trends
  • Conduct group information sessions and educational seminars
  • Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements and visa processes
  • Track student applications and follow up on admission outcomes
  • Provide pre-departure orientation and guidance
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in educational counselling or study abroad consultancy
  • In-depth knowledge of international education systems and universities
  • Understanding of visa processes for major study destinations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of scholarship opportunities and financial aid options
