About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Business Strategist with a global perspective and a strong track record across both B2B and B2C brands. In this role, you'll craft platform-centric strategies that strengthen brand presence, spark meaningful engagement and support broader growth goals across international markets.

You'll work across internal and client projects - blending creativity with data to deliver social campaigns that resonate and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead social media business strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Translate strategy into platform-specific content calendars and campaigns.
• Adapt messaging for diverse audiences in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Monitor performance and optimize based on insights, KPIs and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with content, creative and client teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay current with platform trends, content formats and algorithm shifts.
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics and scheduling platforms to track progress and inform strategy.
• Clearly communicate strategies and outcomes to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and manage influencer profiles to support campaign goals and brand partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media or digital business strategy.
• Proven success across both B2B and B2C environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) to support global communications.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong grasp of social media dynamics.
• Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to align messaging with brand tone, audience needs and business priorities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay: 500 - 750 USD / mo

Performance based bonus after probation.
