We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Be a Senior Frontend Developer with 10+ years of experience, developing UI code and working with other developers in a team of 10 across global locations.
  2. Collaborate with development teams, UX designers, and product owners to ideate software solutions.
  3. Translate business requirements into stories and deliver each iteratively to production.
  4. Identify areas of technical debt, ensuring a healthy balance between technical debt and new functionality.
  5. Provide product support, embodying the principle: "the team builds it, they support it".
  6. Build the front-end of applications and components based on appealing visual design specifications from the UX team.
  7. Design, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions for the Market Operations team and Repo trading desk.
  8. Ensure systems are reliable for a wide user base and sustainable with a focus on cost efficiency.
  9. Identify opportunities to automate, improve efficiency, and optimize costs by simplifying system usability and process flows.
  10. Develop and maintain an information repository of application documentation for team reference.
  11. Regularly communicate project status updates to project managers.
