Job Description:

Programmers Force is looking for a highly motivated and talented Associate Product Manager to join our team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of our software products, from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to create and deliver innovative and market-leading products.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining product vision and strategy based on market research and user feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements to drive product roadmap and features
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute product development
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product specifications
  • Coordinate product launches and ensure successful go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, conduct user research, and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new product opportunities
  • Assist in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in product management or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Passion for technology and software products
