Job Title: Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering customer requirements and defining their vision across 3-4 geographically dispersed engineering teams as well as overseeing product strategy. You also need to be comfortable escalating issues within the client organization and have the ability to be an integrator and lead a team of senior individuals towards the end goal.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Making a product plan and ensuring that everyone on the team understands the scope, including Product Roadmaps, Quarter, and Sprint planning.
  2. Having regular meetings with client product managers and management teams to communicate status.
  3. Delivering product demos to clients, providing them with a clear understanding of product functionalities.
  4. Assigning hours (budget) to various activities and getting buy-in from all resources on the appropriateness of allocation.
  5. Identifying risks, both internal and external, upfront and having a plan in place to manage them.
  6. Having regular meetings with different internal teams and streams to ensure smooth product delivery. Cross-functional collaboration is a key aspect of the job.
  7. Maintaining Product Documentation and Backlog.
  8. Requirements gathering and designing functional flows for features.
  9. Market and competitive research and analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  3. A sharp mind and polished analytical skills.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Willingness to work in the Pacific Time Zone.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
