Role Overview

As a Senior AI Agent Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple tools and LLMs using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. Your work will be central to our most innovative projects, enabling real-world automation and reasoning capabilities across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.) for advanced reasoning, task automation, and workflow orchestration.
• Build and maintain modular, reusable tool integrations (APIs, databases, external services) for agent pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend/frontend engineers, and designers to define, build, and iterate on agent-based features.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation processes for agent performance using LangSmith or equivalent tooling.
• Implement robust testing, versioning, and CI/CD for agent pipelines in production.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in the agentic AI ecosystem (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize agent-based systems for scale, reliability, and low-latency performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Python Engineer, with strong experience in agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and monitoring agentic workflows (chains, graphs, or multi-agent systems).
• Hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open-source LLMs).
• Proficiency in backend frameworks such as FastAPI and/or Django (including DRF).
• Deep experience with database integration (PostgreSQL, NoSQL), API design (REST/GraphQL), and third-party API integrations.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with async Python (async/await), API performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAgents, or other modern agent frameworks.
• Experience working with evaluation tools such as LangSmith.
• Prior experience building autonomous AI agents for real-world business problems.
