AI/ML Automation Specialist

We are seeking a talented AI/ML automation specialist to join our team. As an AI/ML automation specialist, you will design, build, and maintain intelligent agents using low-code/no-code platforms.

You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype, test, and scale AI features that enhance our platform and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and building AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., LangChain, Flowise, AutoGen, SuperAGI, etc.).
  • Building and optimizing automated workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n integrated with LLMs and APIs.
  • Connecting various APIs, SaaS tools, and data sources using AI agents or drag-and-drop environments.
  • Rapidly prototyping AI use cases (e.g., customer support bots, smart data processors, intelligent data syncs).
  • Collaborating with product managers and other engineers to turn business problems into working AI/automation solutions.
  • Monitoring and improving the performance and reliability of deployed agents and automation pipelines.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or software engineering.
  • A strong understanding of how LLMs (like GPT, Claude, etc.) work and how to integrate them into applications.
