What You Will Be Doing
- Champion the AI revolution in sales by implementing and optimizing cutting-edge generative AI solutions
- Architect and deploy sophisticated AI-powered systems for everything from predictive lead scoring to automated proposal generation
- Drive continuous evolution of our AI tools by gathering and implementing real-world feedback from users and stakeholders
- Spearhead the transformation of sales operations through strategic implementation of AI solutions, driving measurable improvements in team efficiency and sales effectiveness
- Demonstrated mastery of generative AI technologies beyond basic applications—we're looking for someone who can orchestrate complex AI workflows and develop custom GPT solutions
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B software sales, combining traditional sales expertise with technological innovation

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
