Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift

Job Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Market Competitive + 5% Fixed USD Commission on Sales Achieved (Up to $200 Monthly)

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executives to join our global sales team. This role focuses on generating sales through digital platforms like Twitter, DeviantArt, and Discord, targeting international clients. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and possess exceptional communication skills to engage and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Actively prospect, engage, and convert leads via Twitter, DeviantArt, and Discord to meet monthly sales targets ($1000).

Client Interaction: Use strong chatting and persuasion skills to build relationships, address inquiries, and close deals.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share strategies, manage tasks, and ensure collective success.

Platform Management: Maintain a strong presence on assigned platforms to drive brand visibility and sales opportunities.

Reporting: Track sales activities, client feedback, and progress toward targets in CRM tools.

Requirements

Education: O/A'Levels or Intermediate (Preference for candidates with additional certifications in Sales/Marketing).

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles (freshers with exceptional skills may apply).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Twitter, DeviantArt, and Discord for sales outreach.

Communication: Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills.

Availability: Flexibility to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) six days a week.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate, delegate tasks, and contribute to team goals.

Basic Salary: Market Competitive

Commission: 5% fixed USD commission on total sales achieved (e.g., $200 in sales=$10 USD commission).
