Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Chat-Based Sales Agent to generate potential leads and build meaningful connections on Twitch, Discord, and Twitter. Your role will focus on identifying and engaging with streamers, influencers, content creators, and brands to promote our graphic design services. By participating in community conversations, initiating direct outreach, and leveraging the unique features of each platform, you'll help drive interest in our custom graphic design campaigns tailored to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the graphic design team to understand our offerings and craft compelling proposals for potential clients. You'll also track performance metrics and continuously optimize your approach to maximize lead generation and conversions. Job Specification:

Communication Skills

  1. Exceptional written communication for real-time chat interactions.
  2. Ability to craft engaging, personalized outreach messages.
  3. Strong active listening and negotiation skills to address client needs.

Social Media Expertise

  1. Deep understanding of Twitch, Discord, and Twitter cultures and trends.
  2. Familiarity with platform-specific tools (e.g., Twitch chats, Discord servers, Twitter Spaces).
  3. Experience engaging with streamers, influencers, and online communities.

Sales and Lead Generation

  1. Proven experience in chat-based sales or lead generation.
  2. Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
  3. Confidence in pitching graphic design services and converting leads into clients.

Graphic Design Awareness

  1. Basic knowledge of graphic design trends.
  2. Ability to discuss design needs with clients and collaborate effectively with the design team.

Relationship Building

  1. Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and community members.
  2. Active engagement in online communities to foster trust and credibility.

Organizational Skills

  1. Strong time management and ability to handle multiple chats or leads simultaneously.
  2. Meticulous tracking and reporting of lead generation activities.
