National Commercial and Industrial Manager - Solar Industry

Royal Solar Energy is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, committed to delivering clean, sustainable, and innovative energy systems for commercial and industrial clients. We specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining solar systems that enable businesses to reduce energy costs, improve their sustainability, and make a positive impact on the environment. We are looking for a motivated and experienced C&I Manager to help drive our growth and deliver exceptional results for our commercial and industrial clients.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: 10+ years in the solar industry

Salary: 200k to 300k+ Fuel and Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve a sales target of 100 billion.
  2. Project Management: Oversee solar project execution from design to commissioning, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
  3. Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact, providing tailored solar energy solutions to meet clients' needs.
  4. Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure project profitability.
  5. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects meet regulatory and safety standards.
  6. Team Leadership: Guide project teams, provide training, and support staff development.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on system performance, cost savings, and efficiency.
  8. National Coverage: Manage and deliver solar projects across the country, contributing to the expansion and success of the business.
  9. Three-Month Target: Achieve an estimated 10 MW of solar energy project sales and installation within the first three months.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in solar project management and sales.
  3. Strong knowledge of solar technology, sales strategies, project management, and client relations.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and financial management skills.

Preferred:

  1. Master's degree or advanced certifications in solar energy.
  2. Experience with energy storage or hybrid solutions.
