We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Sales Representative to join our team and help us close our leads. If you're a talented sales professional with a passion for driving revenue growth, we want you on our team

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our company's success. You'll be responsible for calling and emailing potential clients, building relationships, closing deals, and sending invoices. You'll work independently to follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Job Description: Virtual Assistant (B2B)

Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up with potential clients via phone and email
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Providing technical support for internet, voice, and unified communication services
  4. Logging and tracking customer issues in our CRM system
  5. Build relationships with clients and understand their business needs
  6. Educate clients on our services and how they can benefit from working with us
  7. Stay up to date with company products and services
Job Specification
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
