This is an internship position with the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a clear and confident accent, and the ability to engage effectively with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork and Bark platforms.
  2. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
  3. Utilize advanced search techniques and filters to find high-quality leads.
  4. Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing our services to close deals.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  8. Focus on upselling services such as web development, graphic design, and software solutions.
  9. Identify additional needs of existing clients and propose relevant services to enhance their experience.
  10. Set and achieve monthly sales targets, including credit and connect usage targets.
  11. Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Share weekly performance reports and improvement strategies with the team.
  13. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential.
  14. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate insights into lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or excellent accent.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  3. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Experience in providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  6. Ability to work 6 days a week and manage time effectively to meet targets.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  8. Familiarity with bidding, credit usage, and connect optimization on Upwork and Bark platforms.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software.
  10. Previous experience working with a startup is a plus.
  11. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
