Overview

Collect, interpret and evaluate narrative and statistical data pertaining to fiscal management. Responsible to provide direction for strategic financial management in accordance with the vision, mission, values and policies upheld by the management. Produce and maintain the short-term financial plans and the longer-term financial strategy. Ensure confidentiality at all times, only releasing confidential information obtained during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity. Coordinate with internal/external auditors of the company. Review variance analysis report for actual results based on budgeted figures. Prepare and review projections for the future planning of the company. Dealing with financial institutions regarding all financial affairs of the company. Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances and developing improvements. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, policy and procedural guidelines and conform to generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Financial Accounting Standards. Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the management. Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place and procedures comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. Monitoring actual production cost with comparison to standard cost and provide suggestions.

Responsibilities
