We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Operations Manager. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Support cost accounting functions, including BOM analysis, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax filings with relevant authorities.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for audit planning, execution, and resolution of audit findings.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Knowledge of Pakistan tax laws and experience in cost accounting and inventory management is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with the team and stakeholders.
