Ac Technician

Experienced AC Technician with a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing AC systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to meet deadlines. Candidates must reside near Shahrah-e-Faisal and possess their own bike.

1. Respond to complaints that need repair and maintenance of air conditioners.
2. Determine the nature of the problem and make notes to choose the correct tools to take along.
3. Install air conditioners in offices and other required locations following standard protocols.
4. Test installed air conditioners to ensure proper functioning.
5. Perform analysis and troubleshooting activities to repair air conditioning units.
6. Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters.
7. Handle AC maintenance on a weekly basis independently.

1. Respond to customer complaints regarding AC repair and maintenance.
2. Ask questions to identify the problem and select appropriate tools.
3. Install air conditioners following standard protocols.
4. Test and ensure the proper functioning of installed units.
5. Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
6. Conduct regular maintenance, including cleaning and filter replacement.
7. Educate customers on regular AC maintenance.
8. Replace AC systems that are beyond repair.
9. Provide operational information to customers for optimal use.
10. Prepare daily service reports.
11. Carry out scheduled maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) with supervisor assistance.
12. Clean filters, service outdoor units, and replace filters as needed.
13. Perform gas charging, system vacuuming, and leak repairs as per standards.
14. Report any abnormalities observed during operation.
15. Maintain cleanliness of workshop and customer areas after maintenance or replacements.
16. Ensure compliance with 5S and EHS safety rules.
