Are you passionate about Automobiles and experienced in sales? Join the dynamic team at K COM SOLUTIONS, a leading used car exporter providing top-quality pre-owned vehicles globally. We are currently hiring skilled Global Sales Agents for Night Shifts to cater to Caribbean markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to foster sales growth.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.
  3. Negotiate pricing effectively, ensuring closure of sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate efficient order processing and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Call Sales Agent and knowledge related to the Auto Trading Industry is preferred.
  2. Good English communication skills.
  3. Students and freshers are encouraged to apply.
  4. No gender discrepancies (Male and Female) both can apply.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of international markets and import/export regulations is advantageous.
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  9. Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
