We're seeking a visionary Creative Manager with hands-on experience in AI-powered design tools to lead our creative team into the future of design. You'll be at the forefront of blending creativity and technology—leveraging generative AI, automation, and intelligent design systems to push the boundaries of what's possible.

As a strategic thinker and a creative doer, you'll lead projects, mentor designers, and bring bold, tech-enhanced ideas to life across digital, branding, and campaign work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of innovative concepts and campaigns using a mix of traditional design and AI-generated content.
  2. Guide and inspire a team of graphic designers, motion designers, and visual storytellers.
  3. Maintain and elevate the brand's creative vision across all platforms.
  4. Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, RunwayML) to enhance design workflows and ideation processes.
  5. Explore and implement AI-generated content in design pipelines—balancing creativity, ethics, and originality.
  6. Educate and upskill the team on the use of AI tools for design and creative production.
  7. Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  8. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  9. Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to team members.
  10. Stay on the pulse of AI and design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  11. Continuously look for ways to optimize creative production with automation and intelligent design systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Visual Arts, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and creative execution—bonus points for AI-integrated work.
  4. Hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Sensei, DALL·E, Figma AI, or similar.
  5. Proficiency in standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
