Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a Creative Director, who will shape the brand image. We are a team-oriented cross-functional leader who understands consumer insights, devises and executes creative marketing campaigns driven by deep consumer insights. The ideal candidate is a strategic creative tour-de-force, who can build brands from products, augment the brand value, and enhance the overall profitability of the company. The brand manager should be flexible and easily adapt to the dynamic and transitional market of today.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives and in line with the internal stakeholder briefs.
- Define and refine the brand's unique value proposition, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and distinguishes the company brand/product from competitors.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the visual and verbal identity of the company brands, products, and assets, including logos, color schemes, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Drive and facilitate the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction to achieve defined objectives.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment with the creative and branding requirements.
- Study market trends, tools, technology, and various methods to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to drive creative strategy and branding executions.
- Manage the entire creative communication, arts, content, and graphics team and resources effectively to achieve internal and external customer requirements and meet deadlines for the respective deliverables.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the department's initiatives and make sound judgments on campaigns, communications, and creative elements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Creatives, Arts, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 7 to 8 years in creative, branding, communication, audio/video production, and external agency relationship roles.
- A track record of successful implementation of creative communications, campaigns, and content. Good hands-on experience of managing international/global creative brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, and post-production tools and software.
- A passion for product marketing, brand-building, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Strong ability to induct, influence, and onboard external agency partners for creative productions.
