Role Description

Role Objective:

To oversee the end-to-end operations of the academy, ensuring academic excellence, smooth administration, effective faculty management, and a superior student experience, while driving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic & Training Operations

Oversee scheduling and delivery of all training programs.

Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and quality benchmarks.

Coordinate with trainers/faculty to maintain training effectiveness.

Team & Faculty Management

Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and support staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Maintain discipline and professional decorum across the academy.

Administration & Compliance

Ensure upkeep of facilities, classrooms, equipment, and learning aids.

Maintain student records, attendance, and compliance documentation.

Implement and enforce academy policies and SOPs.

Sales & Business Support

Support marketing and admission drives in coordination with sales teams.

Ensure student onboarding and orientation is smooth.

Address escalations from students/parents professionally.

Financial Oversight

Oversee fee collection, maintain payment follow-ups with accounts.

Control operational expenses within budget.

Reporting & Reviews

Generate weekly / monthly MIS reports on enrollments, revenue, batch performance, and resource utilization.

Conduct regular review meetings with management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
  • Strong Team Management and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
